Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the surface of your tilapia fillet.
  3. Place the tilapia on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil, and bake for about 12 minutes or until it's cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges if desired. Enjoy!
