Classic dish gets makeover with healthier ingredients
One of the great things about cooking is that you can take a classic dish and give it your own personal twist, making it healthier and more satisfying. This is certainly the case with one of my favorite dishes, shepherd's pie.
The traditional version of this dish is made with ground beef, potatoes, and carrots. While it's undeniably delicious, it can also be pretty heavy. My version of shepherd's pie uses ground turkey instead of beef, and replaces the potatoes with cauliflower. Not only does this make the dish lighter and healthier, but it also adds some extra flavor and texture.
To make the shepherd's pie, start by heating some olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened. Add the turkey and cook until browned. Then add the cauliflower, tomatoes, and herbs, and cook until everything is heated through.
transfers all mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Top with mashed cauliflower, spreading evenly over the top of the turkey mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve hot!
This recipes is not only healthy and delicious, but it's also really easy to make. So next time you're looking for a quick and satisfying meal, give this dish a try!

Boiled fish with potatoes is a classic way to cook fish and potatoes. The fish is boiled in the water with potatoes until cooked through, then served with a sauce or butter. This recipe is easy to follow and can be made with any type of fish.
To start, you will need some fresh fish filets, diced potatoes, salt, and water. Place the fish filets in a large pot and top with the diced potatoes.
